CBD can deal with psoriasis according to studies

According to Mayo Clinic, psoriasis is a common skin condition that speeds up the life cycle of skin cells. It causes cells to build up rapidly on the surface of the skin. The extra skin cells form scales and red patches that are itchy and sometimes painful. (1)

Symptoms of psoriasis

  • Red patches of skin covered with thick, silvery scales
  • Dry, cracked skin
  • Thickened, pitted nails
  • Itching, burning or soreness
  • Swollen and stiff joints
  • Small scaling spots

Most of the people aren`t aware that if they have psoriasis, there is a great risk of developing certain diseases like: cardiovascular disease, Parkinson's disease, kidney disease and type 2 diabetes.

Can CBD deal with psoriasis?

There are various medicines that can help patients to deal with their Psoriasis. These incorporate a few different drugs and light procedures, although some have genuine reactions and others turn out to be less effective as patients develop a resistance from them.

It has been therapeutically demonstrated that CBD can have a lot of health benefits for the people who have Psoriasis. A few studies, for example, one made in 2007(2) by Wilkinson JD and Williamson EM, demonstrate that cannabis might be valuable in moderating the quick development of keratinocytes, which are the juvenile skin cells that psoriasis patients produce.

Studies have shown that CBD also elicits an anti-inflammatory response to reduce the red, flaky patches associated with psoriasis. (3)

Recently, a lot of people started to use CBD in order to deal with Psoriasis. Cannabidiol is safe to utilize either internally or externally, enabling it to focus on a portion of the root causes of psoriasis and alleviate the issue side effects.
