Our Trustpilot reviews from the last month average 4.8 out of 5. Here is how we collect reviews, and how we show them on our site.
Our review policy
- We invite every customer. We ask customers to review us whether their experience was positive or negative.
- We never edit reviews. Every review stays exactly as the customer wrote it, on the platform where it was written.
- We never pay for or reward reviews.
- Two independent platforms. Company reviews are collected on Trustpilot, and product reviews on our product pages are collected through Judge.me.
- Every review reaches our team. Feedback, including criticism, helps us improve, and we reply where we can help.
Reviews shown on our site
Some pages show short excerpts from Trustpilot reviews. They are quoted from real customers, and each links to the full review on Trustpilot. Many of our customers write in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian; when we show their review in English, it is a translation of their own words, and the original is always on Trustpilot.
