Certificates of analysis for Formula Swiss CBD oils and pet routines.

Every production batch is tested before it is released. Below you can open the certificate of analysis for each product, with its report number and date of analysis.

How our lab tests a batch

Every production batch is tested. The certificates of analysis on this page come from our own lab in Switzerland, where we measure the cannabinoid content by gas chromatography with flame ionisation detection (GC-FID), a recognised method for measuring cannabinoids. Every report we publish carries the signature of our co-founder and CEO, Robin Roy Krigslund-Hansen.

  1. Weigh

A sample from the batch is weighed on an analytical balance.

  2. Prepare

The sample is dissolved and mixed on a sample rotator.

  3. Measure

A gas chromatograph with autosampler measures CBD, two forms of THC and six other cannabinoids.

  4. Publish

The results go on a signed certificate of analysis, and the label shows the batch number and CBD and THC content to two decimal places.

How to read a report

Report number
The reference of the analysis. Use it when you contact us.
Date of analysis
The day the sample was measured.
Results
Each cannabinoid as a percentage by weight (wt.%). "n.d." means not detectable.
THC
Δ9-THC and Δ8-THC are shown separately, so you can check them against the limit on the label.
