How should I use CBD oil?

For many years, people took CBD and CBD oils sublingually (orally) and let the drops slowly dissolve under the tongue for at least 10 minutes before swallowing them.

Since January 2019, legislation in the European Union and Switzerland has banned any sale of CBD products as food or drink, as EFSA considers CBD a "Novel Food". As such, our CBD oils are not recommended for oral consumption, but for external use.

Our CBD oils are registered as cosmetics in the European Union.

CBD dosage

CBD oil is a popular product made from cannabidiol, one of the active ingredients in cannabis. It has become very popular due to its many potential positive effects when applied topically.

It is important to note that CBD oil does not contain THC, the psychoactive compound in cannabis, and therefore it will not give a "high" or have any impact on your ability to drive or perform daily tasks.

It is important to start with a low dose when applying CBD oil topically. This is because all skin types are different and may react differently to the product.

Start with a small amount and gradually increase the dose until you find the right amount for you. It is also important to consult a doctor if you have a skin condition or allergy before using the product.

It is also important to choose a high-quality CBD oil product for topical use. Make sure the product has been tested by a third party to ensure it is free of harmful substances and contains the specified amount of CBD (see our test results).

In all, CBD oil can be a useful product to help improve skin condition when used topically, but it's important to start with a low dose and gradually increase it, consult a doctor and choose a high-quality product.
