For optimal results, apply a small amount of RELIEF CREAM to the affected area 2-3 times daily or as needed. Gently massage the cream into the skin until fully absorbed.

Start with a pea-sized amount and increase as necessary, depending on the size of the area. The cream contains 300-1,200 mg of CBD, so adjust the amount based on your needs and the concentration you choose.

Avoid contact with eyes or open wounds. Suitable for external use only.

Keep the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to maintain its quality and effectiveness.

Unopened: The product has a shelf life of at least 24 months in an unopened state.

Opened: The product is stable for at least 6 months when opened.

Use before or after exercise.

Apply gently to the joint and muscle of the affected area. Rub gently on the affected skin area until the skin fully absorbs the cream. Apply a thin layer of the cream 2-3 times a day. Wash hands after application as the hot ginger extract could irritate if you touch your eyes.
