For use on skin: Apply a few drops in the affected area every morning and evening. We firmly recommend starting with a low dose, especially if you have minimum experience with CBD. Take notice of the effects and fine-tune the ratio or amount if needed. It is recommended to begin by taking a couple of small doses over the day rather than a big dose.
