This webshop is owned and operated by Formula Swiss Europe ApS, Vesterbrogade 208, 1800 Frederiksberg C., Denmark (CVR DK43569198). Our products are produced in Switzerland by Formula Swiss Wholesale AG, Fänn West 10, 6403 Küssnacht am Rigi, Switzerland.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. The delivery options available for your address, and their prices, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch
All orders are sent from our warehouse in Denmark. Orders placed before 4:00 pm on working days are dispatched the same day.
Delivery options and prices
- Royal Mail home delivery (2–3 working days): £4.95; orders over £49: free
- Royal Mail express delivery (2–3 working days): £8.50
- UPS Express private delivery (1–2 working days): £13.50
- UPS Express Droppoint delivery (1–2 working days): £14.95
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed. Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. All prices include UK VAT. You won’t be asked to pay import VAT when your order is delivered.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery problems
Please check your delivery when it arrives and report wrong or missing items within 7 days of delivery. If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, contact us via our Customer Service page and we will investigate with the carrier. Resolution may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Risk passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, take physical possession of the goods.
