How is organic CBD oil produced?

Our method of extracting CBD from hemp is using a critical CO2 extraction. This method is safe, effective and gentle as it does not require the use of harmful chemicals.

CO2 extraction not only improves the quality of CBD, but it also retains a full spectrum of other cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, nutrients and antioxidants.

The process starts by washing the hemp thoroughly. Then the hemp is placed in an extractor filled with CO2 in a critical state. CO2 in a critical state means that it is in both a solid and gas, making it ideal for extracting the desired components from hemp.

The extraction process is done by heating the CO2 to a critical state, which allows the CO2 to penetrate the hemp's cellular structure and extract the CBD. After extraction, CO2 is filtered out and 100% removed through thorough filtration, leaving an oily liquid containing high concentrations of CBD.

The advantage of this method is that it is gentle and does not destroy the important cannabinoids and terpenes found in hemp. It is also a very clean method as it does not require the use of harmful chemicals.

It is important to note that our production method is a costly process, but the best method for producing high-quality CBD oil.
