Synthetic vs. natural CBD: which is a better option

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a famous natural remedy that is used in the treatment of many ordinary health issues. CBD oil is made by extracting CBD from the cannabis plant and then mixed with a carrier oil like coconut and hemp seed oil.

Scientific studies verified that it may help to treat some common disorders like neurological disorder and nervousness etc.

Synthetic vs. natural CBD

The CBD that is directly obtained from the hemp or cannabis plant is known as natural CBD. Whereas the products that are artificially created in the lab are known as artificial CBD. There are various benefits of the natural CBD but it has been found that synthetic CBD comes with some side effects.

Benefits of natural CBD

Naturally-obtained CBD is becoming more popular now. Here are some benefits of Natural CBD.

1. Pain reliever

In 2900 BC marijuana was used to treat pain. The research said that many elements of marijuana like CBD, are known as pain relieving elements.

2. Reduce many diseases

According to the report of "WHO" (World Health Organization), "the single largest and common contributor to disability is depression worldwide, and anxiety disorders are at sixth rank". The medications used for the treatment of depression and anxiety cause severe side effects, so normally if you take a treatment of depression you might have to suffer from another health issue.

CBD oil has even been used to safely treat restlessness and hypertension in children that come with post-traumatic stress disorder. It’s basically an antidepressant.

3. Acne treatment

More than 9% of people suffer from this problem. CBD oil may help you to treat acne because of its anti-inflammatory elements and it's also having an ability to decrease sebum generation. Scientific research proved that CBD may be the best way to reduce acne.

Synthetic CBD

Natural CBD helps to cure many diseases that is why it is rapidly gaining popularity. Now governmental authorities are directly involved in this business because of its beneficial effects and quick recovery. Also, authorities want to keep people from using synthetic CBD products for example spice that is also manufactured and available in markets.

Although, cannabis is legally grown and used in many American states. The U.S. federal government has worked really hard for the legalization of cannabis and they want people to follow special steps for cultivation and utilization of CBD.

The therapeutic effect of hemp CBD is causing illegal companies to create an artificial version of CBD. They made it and hoped that they improve quantity and efficacy and after selling it they will make a fat profit from this natural material.

Since 2015, the most common side effects of this synthetic CBD is as reported:

  • Nervous excitement
  • Tachycardia (abnormally rapid heart rate)
  • Fatigue
  • Vomiting
  • Confusion
  • 15 reported deaths.

FDA approved synthetic

Marinol is the only FDA approved legal oil. But it doesn't mean that it's doing have any side effects. Natural hemp CBD doesn't have the same effects. These synthetic cannabinoid drugs have the following side effects:

  • Mood swings;
  • Nausea
  • Hangover
  • Physical weakness
  • Lack of Concentration
  • Stomach pain,
  • Vomiting and diarrhea
  • Warmth feeling
  • Insomnia
  • Psychiatric symptoms
  • Hypotension
  • Syncope (fainting),
  • Tachycardia (fast heartbeat)
  • Death

Government organizations, for example, The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention are working to disclose and reveal the value of natural hemp CBD. No doubt that synthetic CBD is legal but it has many side effects. That is why natural CBD oil is a better option because you will not have to deal with any side effects. It is better that you use the natural CBD and only consume synthetic products when the natural CBD is not accessible.
